I am a yoga, Pilates and meditation teacher who is passionate about women's health, empowerment and body positivity.
I help my students to connect to their bodies with love, and approach movement as both a form of expression and as medicine.
My yoga classes allow students to release stress and tension in the body and mind to facilitate the body's natural healing processes, while changing their inner dialogue to one of acceptance, gratitude and love. Through movement, breath work and meditation, my students tap into a deeper understanding of themselves in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
My Pilates classes are layered with options to increase intensity, giving my students the option to challenge themselves and try new things, or to take it easy. This keeps my classes rhythmic flowing, and gives my students time to work into each area.
